When I make a payment all I can see is an image in download option, Why is that?

When you make a payment, you will get a download option, in which mostly there will be an image or pdf depending on the course. After the payment has been verified you will receive the video tutorials either via google drive(if you have a Gmail account) or via email with private you tube links. Rest assured you will get the video links maximum within 2 working days.

I ordered something wrong, Can I get a refund?
